James spent 13 years in public education as a business education teacher and vice principal, holding an MBA. In 2014, he made the leap into entrepreneurship.
Like many, he tried affiliate marketing, MLMs, and Amazon FBA — wasting thousands of dollars and countless hours. Then he discovered lead generation for local businesses, and everything changed.
Today, James co-runs an 8-figure coaching business and still actively operates his own marketing agency, teaching what he does every single day — not theory.
Jason McKim
Co-Founder & CMO
Jason is an Air Force veteran and former financial consultant. He got into digital marketing while working for a law firm, mastering SEO before pivoting to paid traffic.
He started his own agency, became an expert in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and funnel building, and eventually partnered with James to create Local Marketing Vault.
Jason brings the tactical genius — he's the one who builds the ad campaigns, writes the scripts, and creates the done-for-you resources that LMV students use every day.
